Public Health Program Specialist
Overview:
The Public Health Program Specialist position is a member of an interdisciplinary team assisting Missouri's Department of Health and Senior Services in building the Graduate Education Program. This position will be part-time, 20 hour per week role and the selected candidate MUST be willing to work onsite in Jefferson City, MO.
Essential Functions:
- This position will support GME communications and meetings, development of resources and outreach materials, research and data analysis including conducting reporting surveys until the TAC is fully online and assumes those responsibilities.
- Monday through Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. for approximately 20 hours per week
- Rare evening work may be required to support Missouri Graduate Medical Education (GME) Conference April 28-30, 2025.
- In-State Overnight Travel may be required to support Missouri GME Conference schedule April 28-30, 2025, to be held in St. Charles, MO.
Qualifications:
- The applicant shall be competent in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) software or an equivalent software.
- Medical experience is helpful, but not necessary.
