 Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a professional-level position accountable for preparing and administering behavior support plans to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors. The successful candidate will work with individuals at two locations in St. Louis, MO, to help them achieve their full potential. The selected candidate will work 40 hours a week on this work schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM. This position is full-time and onsite in St. Louis, MO. 

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Provide training, supervision, and support for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members. 
  • Train family members and caregivers on the implementation of behavior support plans.
  • Monitor client progress and analyze data to make data-driven decisions and modifications to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and consistent approach to treatment. 


Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which will be verified by the facilities.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and modification principles and techniques.
  • Knowledge of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities and their effect on individual cognitive and behavioral functioning.
  • Ability to assess and interpret behaviors and data.
  • Strong ability to train and guide facility staff, caregivers, and family members in behavioral analysis techniques.
