Administrative Coordinator / Public Health Customer Service

Overview:

The Administrative Coordinator / Public Health Customer Service position will support public health programs with our clients in the Tallahassee, Florida area.  

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Acknowledge and timely responses/resolutions to service requests from customers, including technical, general, or other issues
  • Manage and update all associated records pertaining to customers for accuracy.
  • Attend staff meetings when required.
  • Document all actions related to customers within proprietary systems.
  • Process all requests for service on a daily basis
  • Attend and successfully complete any and all trainings when required.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Public Assistance Eligibility Processing/Customer Service and/or Medicaid Eligibility Processing/Customer Service Experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate both written and orally.
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience.
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office products.
